I don't have much practical experience with high speed milling, but it looks to me like those speeds and feeds are WAY too aggressive for 304. I can't seem to get much tool life in 304 SS going faster than about 250 SFM using traditional toolpaths. If I'm profiling with light radial DOC, I might work my way up to 300 SFM after starting slower.
